At Gripjammers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
